Early access is open

Stop wandering.Start studying.

StudySpot shows you the libraries, cafés and campus corners nearby with open seats, the right noise level and outlets that actually work, so you can sit down and get going.

  • Live crowd levels
  • Noise and outlet filters
  • Study with friends

Sound familiar?

You shouldn't need a study session just to find a study spot.

It's easy to lose half an afternoon drifting between full libraries, noisy cafés and rooms without a single free outlet.

StudySpot checks all of it before you leave.

  • Every seat taken

You walk all the way across campus and the library is already packed.

  • Too loud to think

The café looked calm in the photos. In real life, not so much.

  • No outlet in sight

Your laptop is on 9% and every socket in the room is already claimed.

  • Wi-Fi that gives up

The lecture recording won't load, and neither will your notes.

What StudySpot does

Everything you need to know before you pack your bag.

Live crowd levels, honest reviews and your friends' plans in one place, so picking where to study takes seconds instead of a lap around campus.

Live crowd levels

See how full a spot is right now, before you walk over. Levels update as students check in and out, and you can get a nudge when your favorite place quiets down.

Study with friends

How it works

Find your spot in three simple steps.

Set it up once and StudySpot does the searching every time after that.

  2. Step 2

    Pick a spot that fits

See matching spots on the map with live crowd levels and open seats, then follow walking directions straight there.

  3. Step 3

    Check in and focus

Tap to check in, start a focus session and help the next student see exactly what's free.

Cram, collaborate or just get cozy.

How does StudySpot know how busy a place is?

Crowd levels come from students checking in and out, combined with each spot's usual patterns for that time of day. The more students use StudySpot at your school, the sharper the numbers get.

Which campuses and cities can I use it in?

We're opening StudySpot campus by campus. Join early access, tell us where you study, and we'll email you the moment it's live near you.

Can other people see where I am?

Only if you want them to. Your location stays on your phone while you browse, and friends only see your spot when you check in and choose to share it.

What kinds of places are on StudySpot?

University and public libraries, cafés, group study rooms, coworking spaces and quiet campus corners. If students study there, it belongs on the map.

Can I add a spot that isn't on the map yet?

Yes. Suggest any place you like to study, add a photo and a few details like noise level and outlets, and it goes live once another student confirms it.
